I took Phoebe to work with me yesterday to give her a bath. I saw a lump on her chest and had a doctor look at it. I was half expecting it to be allergies since she’s been having issues with that this summer.

The doctor aspirated it and looked at the cells under the microscope: possible mast cells. She recommended we remove it and send it off to the lab to see exactly what it is :(

Since they had time, we did the surgery right then and there. I don’t have pictures before or during because I just didn’t think about it.

But this is after :(

We will know early next week what exactly it is. Trying to not think about it until we know for sure.
