For those of you who don’t know, I am from Strasbourg in Alsace, and I love it.  It’s in the eastern part of France, right on the German border.

This is the Kammerzell House. It’s right next to my beloved Cathedral. That’s a post for another day. The Kammerzell House was completed in 1589. Some of the wooden beams date back to 1427 The windows are actually made from the bottom of bottles. It’s a restaurant now and I don’t think I have actually eaten there other than to sit on the terrace and have a drink.
